Will.i.am Unveils Hip, New Smartwatch, No Need For A Smartphone: Streams Music and more

Will.i.am has unveiled a hip new smart watch which he claims he developed on his own.

The rapper and music producer turned entrepreneur says the innovative new creation was funded by his own money and developed by a company he started himself.

The hip new gadget can be seen in a video interview with Alan Carr: Chatty Man on Will.i.am’s wrist as he taps the device giving a glimpse at the display and a few features of how it easily works.

According to Will.i.am, his smartwatch doesn’t need to be linked to or connected to a smartphone unlike other smart watches and can even store music that can be streamed wirelessly straight from the smart watch via a bluetooth headset.

Along with streaming music from his smartwatch, Mr I.am adds that you can access your social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from the hip new smart watch as well.

Want the new smartwatch? According to Will.i.am over Twitter, he tweets that his new wearable technology will be set to launch in July.
