Warrant Cleared For Plastic Surgeon Who Operated On Kanye West’s Mother

An arrest warrant was issued, but later thrown out Friday for the plastic surgeon, Dr. Jan Adams who operated on Kanye West’s mother in a case not related to her death.

Dr. Adams has been in the news a lot lately and not just because he performed the surgery on Kanye’s mother the day before she died. He has been sued by a number of people in several malpractice suits including one which a sponge/guaze was left in a woman’s breast after a procedure.

Reportedly, Dr. Jan Adams who is known for his role on “Before and After” on Discovery Channel, did not show up for a civil case hearing for another case and was issued a warrant, but later had it cleared. Adams showed up at Los Angeles Superior Court to cancel the warrant issued on him earlier in the day.

According to reports, Adams performed a tummy tuck and breast reduction surgery on 58 year-old Donda West just one day before she died who is believed to have had a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, or massive vomiting.
