Vivica Fox Could Face Jail Time

Vivica A. Fox could face time in jail after pleading not guilty to DUI charges on September 28th.

Actress and independent film producer Vivica A. Fox plead not guilty to DUI charges on September 28th. Fox was arrested in March after being stopped by patrolmen in Los Angeles for speeding and driving erratically.

Police say the actress later failed a series of sobriety tests and berated the arresting officers. If convicted, Fox could face up to six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine.

She is due back in Los Angeles court at a later date.
