A MemphisRap.com source caught a glimpse of rapper and infamous underground TV host Joe Gotti as he, who was in the front passenger seat, and others riding in a ‘Chevy on twenty’s wit the brains blown out (for those who didn’t know, that’s a Chevrolet convertible with rims 20 inches or bigger)’ were pulled over by a mass cavalry of Memphis police cars on Holmes and Tulane in front of Fairway Apartments in Memphis, TN immediately after the Whitehaven vs Fairley football game. The police had already taken the driver for a dunk in the backseat for unknown reasons before our sources arrived. Sources say they seemed to be ‘just hating’ because of the ‘pimped out’ drop top Chevrolet they were rollin’ in. Yeah you know the Chevy; the one on the cover of his album and UnCut DVD. If you missed it, the DVD entitled “Joe Gotti presents 187 South Street” is set to re-release this September 24, 2005.

Joe Gotti who is not new to run-ins with the law, went on rambling along with the officer as the officer constantly interrupted him. The rapper/TV Host has been known to take his show on-the-edge as with his past underground show airing of Koopsta Knicca responding to a Crunchy Blac diss which caused Time Warner to temporarily pull the plug on all Rap shows on it’s local cable network in Memphis just last July. All during this waiting in held up traffic, sources watched one police officer walk over to Joe Gotti’s side (passenger) where he had his hands held up in the air on the visor and told Joe Gotti, “If you could answer one question for me I might let you go on. I just want to know why would you drive down a high traffic route?” Sources literally couldn’t just hold up traffic longer trying to catch the rest of the story but keep it locked to MemphisRap.com for word on the streets!

Whitehaven beat Fairley with a score of 13:8. If you didn’t get a chance to see the players do their thing, then maybe next time our sources will have exclusive video footage which you’ll soon find that and more on MemphisRapTV.com.

Also, during a round of driving and cruising, sources say at least 6 accidents occurred. Luckily no one was hurt seriously during this jam packed night. Overall the night was full of excitement, fun and people.
