The rapper arrived to the screening of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s new movie I Tried hand and hand with the mother of his children and his girlfriend of 13-years, Felicia.

After taking some pictures with Bone member Wish Bone, Layzie got down on one knee on the red carpet and proposed with camera’s flashing.

Layzie Bone, born Steven Howse, gave Felicia a 5 ct diamond ring and she accepted his proposal of marriage.
