Three 6 Mafia’s DJ Paul On Justin Bieber Sippin’ on Syrup: ‘Too Much Can Kill You’

Following reports of Justin Bieber being at a party were sizzurp and marijuana was being served, Memphis rapper, producer, TV personality DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia commented on the dangers of promethazine with codeine and gave a kind warning for people to be careful.

Allegedly, on last week it was reported that Justin Bieber was seen drinking out of a double cup drinking an unknown substance, which could have possibly been codeine mixed with alcohol, but it is not sure.

Celebrity gossip site TMZ, reported that they saw photos of Justin Bieber partying it up with Cash Money/Young Money rappers Lil Twist and Lil Za. They allegedly had a bottle of the codeine cough syrup, which is often mixed with a flavored soda and a jolly rancher to give the person consuming it a high and drowsy feeling.

So what did DJ Paul have to say after Justin Bieber made headlines?

DJ Paul says that he can’t tell someone to not do it because he has already did his share, but did state that he stays away from it because he has seen a lot of his friends die from the use of it.

DJ Paul would surely know about this concoction since Three 6 Mafia brought the song “Sippin’ on Some Syrup” to the mainstream along with Project Pat and the duo UGK, which had one member of the group, Pimp C to allegedly die from an overdose from it.

“It’s dangerous if you do too much of it. But everything’s dangerous if you do too much of it. Sex. Water..” stated DJ Paul.
