The side never seen of Hip-Hop Music

When a teenager thinks of hip-hop they think of music that gives them something to dance to, music that speaks to them, music that expresses how they feel. When you ask an older person how they feel about hip-hop all you hear is negative things. They speak of the negative language, the devaluing of women, the negative effects they see it has on the younger generation in America. Neither side is wrong, nor is either side given its proper attention by the other party.
