A Nevada judge set bail for former NFL star O.J. Simpson at $125,000 on Wednesday. O.J. was arrested on Sunday for kidnapping, burglary, conspiracy, robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Upon release, Simpson had to surrender his passport and was ordered not to contact any witnesses, victims, or co-defendants in the case.

O.J. is expected to return to his home in Florida, but must return to court in Las Vegas, NV on October 22.
