The Haves and the Have Nots Season 3: Will Candace Own Jim, Who Did Amanda Shoot?

The Haves and The Have Nots season 3

The Tyler Perry created television soap opera The Haves and the Have Nots has returned for season 3 after a very dramatic and on-the-edge season finale of season 2.

In the previous season of the The Haves and the Have Nots, fans of the TV series were left with many questions regarding the cast of the popular soap series.

The Haves and the Have Nots season 2 ended with Amanda Cryer, the daughter of Judge Jim Cryer and his wife Katheryn, with a gun in her hand as she crept through the house playing an ‘eeny, meeny, miny, moe’ game running back-and-forth room-to-room pointing her gun at her family members.

Her scene left off with a gun shot leaving the question of whether or not Amanda shot someone in the house or possibly even herself. Throughout the show, Amanda was known for having dealt with suicidal tendencies especially triggered after sex abuse brought on by her law school professor.

Meanwhile, Candace was seen in the finale preparing a nasty revenge against Judge Cryer, who she had a past affair with as an escort, because the judge had her kidnapped by a group of thugs “The Malones” to try to scare her out of town after his reckless extramarital affair with her started getting ugly.

Candace was seen bringing on the assistance of some thugs of her own to kidnap the judge which is where the finale left off leaving the question of ‘what revenge does Candace have planned.’

While the Cryers were wrapped up in their drama, their best-friends, David Harrington and his wife Veronica, were having trouble in their marriage as Veronica suspected David first of having an affair with Candace and then with he and Jim Cryer’s campaign manager Maggie. This, among other things, all lead to David moving out until Veronica changed her ways.

As David was out basically living in a hotel, he was indeed soon seen being seduced by Maggie with the scene leaving off with David looking like he was accepting her offer to come through the door dividing their two hotel rooms.

This and a whole lot more is anticipated on episode one entitled “The Power Dance” of season 3 airing tonight (January 6, 2015) at 8PM CST on Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
