Soulja Boy Arrested For Carrying A Loaded Gun, Released On $35K Bond

Rapper Soulja Boy was arrested on weapons charges after being caught carrying a loaded gun.

The young hip hop artist Soulja Boy, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, 23, was arrested in Los Angeles on Wednesday after L.A. Police pulled a car over.

Soulja Boy, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was booked in San Fernando Valley jail on a weapons charge.

The incident occurred on a residential street in Granada Hills of San Fernando.

Soulja Boy was slapped with a $35,000 bond which he soon posted the same Wednesday afternoon.
