Atlanta rapper T.I. born Clifford Harris, 27, entered a guilty plea deal after illegally trying to purchase firearms and being in possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
T.I., currently was on house arrest after initially pleading not guilty and was placed under a $3 million bond after federal agents arrested him on October 13th for allegedly trying to purchase a machine gun and two silencers illegally and being in possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
The rapper would have faced a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count.
T.I. will be sentenced in one year, after completing his period of 1,000 hours of community service.
