Rapper Mystikal “Micahel L. The victim accused Mystikal and his two bodyguards of making her perform oral sex on them after he had accused her of stealing approximately $80,000 worth of his checks. Mystikal pleaded guility in January 2006 and also received two federal misdemeanor counts for failing to file his tax returns for the years 1998 and 1999. According to Judge Tony Marabella the victim agreed to let them receive reduced prison terms instead of the maximum 10 years.

Defense attorney Roy H. Maughan Jr. stated that he hope that Mystikal receives a parole hearing soon probably early as next month after being transferred from Elayne Hunt Correctional Center in St. Gabriel to David Wade Correctional in north Louisiana. The rapper has already served two of his six years for the incident.

Since the rapper was rejected parole by the state parole board which he requested more than a year ago he is unable to file another request until January of next year. Without parole, Mystikal’s sentence will not end until Jan. 14, 2010.

Also in his plea the rapper admits to trying to cheat the federal government out of over $1 million dollars for the two years he failed to file taxes.
