Juvenile’s daughter, Jelani, 4, along with her mother Joy Deleston, 39, and sister, Micaiah, 11, were all quietly laid to rest Saturday.

Juvenile’s daughter, Jelani, 4, along with her mother Joy Deleston, 39, and sister, Micaiah, 11, were all quietly laid to rest Saturday. As recently reported on Memphisrap.com, the three were all allegedly murdered by Joy Deleston’s 17 year-old son Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr. The bodies of all victims were discovered by Gwinnett County Police at their Gwinnett County, Georgia home back on Thursday, February 28, 2008.

A private ceremony was held already at Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula on Sunday (Mar. 2) for the Gwinnett Deputy, Joy Deleston.

On Saturday, March 8, 2008, the Deleston family victims (Joy Deleston, and her two daughters Micaiah and Jelani, also Juvenile’s daughter) were all laid to rest at Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Deputy Joy Deleston’s childhood home of James Island, South Carolina, at the First Baptist Church outside Charleston.

Joy Deleston’s son, Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., has been charged with 3 counts of murder and aggravated assault in the shooting deaths of his mother and two sisters and was last reported as being held without bond at the DeKalb County jail.

Still no motive has been stated as to why the teenager may have murdered his family.

Though Joy Deleston was a seven year veteran of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office, the Sheriff’s deputy and mother of two was also an actress and had appeared in various locally produced films.

Rapper Juvenile, born Terius Gray, who was recently reported as ‘Shocked and Devastated’ by his daughter’s death, did not show up at the funeral.
