Rapist Collapses After Hearing He May Have Gotten HIV From Victim

A convicted rapist may have convicted his own self after he got the shock of his life which caused him to collapse after police delivered some life changing news.

Richard Thomas, 27, was sentenced to five years and 4 months after raping a woman while she slept.

Thomas who stated that he had been heavily drinking, took cocaine and ecstasy entered the unidentified woman’s home in the middle of the night.

The woman awoke and found him raping her from behind.

During Richard Thomas’ arrest and interview, Thomas told police that he could not recall the incident.

Thomas plead guilty in July 20 and was told that he may have contracted HIV from the victim he had assaulted, causing him to collapse from the news.
