Raleigh-Memphis Postal Worker Gets Acid Thrown On Her, $25K Reward Offered

A postal worker was attacked by a person who threw acid on her on last week and police issued a reward for the capture of the attacker.

Police are offering a $25,000 reward to anyone with information about who threw acid on the mail carrier in Raleigh-Memphis at the corner of Fortner and Socorro Cove around 2:30PM last Friday.

The condition of the postal worker wasn’t released but reportedly she was able to drive herself to the hospital for treatment following the incident.
