Parents with Kids Denied Access To Hustle & Flow

Teenagers and parents both are angry with movie venues due to the fact they were unable to see the new Memphis movie Hustle & Flow even though parents and guardians were present with the teenagers. The Majestic on Winchester Rd. were one of those venues that many complained about. “If this was any other movie we would have had no problem getting in it, stated one movie fan. I just brought my child here so they could see “Hustle & Flow”. I am here with my child and they still have a problem. I’m representing my city to the fullest and then I come here and they do this. I am very disappointed.”

“We already don’t have anything to do and they are trying to take one of the last things we do have. I guess we’ll just go to I-Hop since there’s nothing else my sister and I can do,” Christy, a young teenager, told MemphisRap.com Schools.

Even though many are angry with some of the movie venues “Hustle & Flow” sold out at numerous locations. Hustle & Flow debuted at #6 at the Box Office as of 07/21/2005.
