Pacman Jones Arrested Over Weekend, Released On $20K Bail


Over the weekend, suspended Tennessee Titan’s NFL football player Adam “Pacman” Jones, was arrested on felony charges after the DA filed charges on Wednesday for an incident that occurred at a strip club in Las Vegas earlier this year that ended in a triple shooting.

The NFL football player surrendered to authorities and was later released on a $20,000 bail on Friday.

Jones “was in and out around 2 a.m.,” said Lt. Jason Letkiewicz, a Las Vegas police watch commander.

Pacman Jones reportedly will plead not guilty to two felony charges in which he was stated to have allegedly threatened to kill Minxx club employees and biting a bar bouncer.

The professional football player who’s known for his dreadlocks, booking photo was released by police showing that the star has now went clean with a low haircut.

If convicted the NFL player could face a maximum of 12 years in prison and a fine of $10,000. His two associates Sadia Morrison and Robert Reid will also face charges for the strip club incident.

Pacman Jones is expected to be back in court on July 23, 2007.

The NFL player has been involved in at least 11 police investigations around the country authorities state. Pacman Jones has not been convicted of any crimes.

Due to his many run-ins with the law, this resulted in Pacman Jones being suspended by the NFL for the upcoming season.
