New Evidence in B.I.G. Wrongful Death Case

New evidence in Notorious BIG’s case may bring record executive Suge Knight and former LAPD officers Rafael Perez and David Mack in as defendants.

In light of new evidence regarding the murder of Christorpher Wallace, AKA Notorious BIG, US District Court Judge Florence-Marie Cooper ruled that the wrongful death suit could be modified.

The ruling comes two years after a 2005 lawsuit ended in a mistrial. The new evidence, however, may add record executive Suge Knight and former LAPD officers Rafael Perez and David Mack as defendants.

Mack, Perez, and other former officers have denied their involvement in the murder of Wallace since the March 9, 1997 incident. However, New evidence puts Perez on duty, and possibly at the scene, the night of the shooting.
