MTV and P Diddy ”Making The Band 4,” Auditions Online and In-person

If you know “Danity Kane” and the unsuccessful “Da Band” which featured Sara Stokes, Chopper “Young City,” Babs, Freddy P, Dylan and Ness you’ll know “Making The Band.” Now, for the fourth season, Bad Boy’s Sean “P. Diddy” Combs and MTV are looking for contestants for the next series. This time around the hip-hop mogul, entertainer and celebrity will be looking to form an all-male music group which will undoubtfully compliment his all girl-group Danity Kane (Shannon Bex, Aundrea Fimbres, Aubrey O’Day, Dawn Richard, and Wanita “D. Woods” Woodgette) who will be performing in Memphis on Friday, January 26 at The Rose Theatre on the University of Memphis campus featuring rappers Lord T & Eloise.

A nation-wide open call will be going on for the show which began on Jan. 17th and will end on Feb. 6 in New York and if you can’t make it to any of the auditions in-person you can now post your video auditions online at Making The Band located on MTV’s website at makingtheband.mtv.com.

What’s the catch? Views only have until January 27th to vote for their favorite male contestants which will be narrowed down to 25. Anyone who were chosen will go on to round two, and you will then have to upload a dance video audition, where viewers will once again make a dreadful selection before February 6th to vote for their favorite. Three finalists will be selected and will then audition for P. Diddy in person.
