Mother Arrested Trying To Prostitute 8 Year-old Daughter For $100

Days before Christmas, Sue Ellen Mims, 33, was accused of trying to sell her young 8 year-old daughter for $100 to an unknown man in Panama City, Florida near her home.

The man who was approached by Sue Mims contacted authorities and alerted them that Mims told him that the little girl would do anything he wanted. From the accusation, it seems that this may have not been the first time that Sue Ellen Mims may have tried to prostitute her daughter, if true.

Mims was arrested following the call and the daughter was taken by the Department of Children and Families and placed with other family members.

According to Mims, the unidentified man is lying and she would never sell her daughter for $100. Mims story is that the man pulled up in a new red mustang while she was waiting at the doctor’s office and she asked him for a cigarette. Her 8 year-old daughter walked up and started talking to the guy and Sue Mims allegedly told her to stay away because it was really expensive.

Mims says she has never done prostitution and it is even more gross and claims that what she is being accused of is sick.

Previous charges linked to Sue Mims include petty theft, making obscene phone calls, and aggravated assault.

Mims is being held at Bay County Jail and her bond was set at $30,000 during her court appearance.
