Memphis Man Arrested After Saying He’s Going To Burn, Murk and Kill President Obama

A Memphis man was arrested and charged after having a phone conversation with a Shelby County inmate in which he threatened he was going to burn, murk and kill President Barack Obama.

According to investigators, Darrin Fleming (aka Darrin Young), 39, was arrested after they became aware of phone conversations of Fleming and accused Memphis mansion squatter Tabitha Gentry.

Fleming allegedly was on the phone with Tabitha Gentry and stated he was going to “burn,” “murk” and “kill” President Barack Obama and the Justice Department on July 11, 2013.

Darrin Young, who was arrested on Friday, is in jail awaiting his court appearance while the case is being investigated by the United Secret Service.

As for his phone buddy Tabitha Gentry, she’s in jail for attempting to take ownership of a mansion in East Memphis after claiming she is Moorish American (sovereign citizen), therefore the court or United State laws don’t apply.
