Memphis pastor Bishop Brandon Porter, of Greater Community Temple COGIC, spoke with Huffpost Live hosted by Marc Lamont Hill to speak on the video that is now going viral of Andrew Caldwell, the former gay man seen wanting to be ‘delivered’ from homosexuality at the COGIC Holy Convocation Convention held in St. Louis, Missouri.
In the interview with Marc Lamont Hill, Bishop Brandon Porter was questioned about Earl Carter, who in another video clip referred to homosexuals as ‘sissies.’
Bishop Porter, who says everyone was a little shocked over Earl Carter’s comments about homosexuals, believes Carter was in a moment of ‘expression’ and no one knew that he was going to say that. Porter added that he believes Carter was targeting men who were walking around the convention with purses, acting like ladies and possibly preying on young men.
Porter was then questioned about Andrew Caldwell and the ‘gay lifestyle.’
“I’m not gay no more. I am delivered, I don’t like mens no more. I like women, women, women…,” screamed Caldwell at the St. Louis, Missouri COGIC Convention where Bishop Brandon Porter says he was approached by Caldwell who wanted to be delivered more.
