In Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, a man was arrested for telling women he was a doctor and giving them free breast examinations.

Philip Winikoff, 76, from Coconut Creek, apparently went house to house in his neighborhood claiming he was a physician and asking if women would like a free breast examination. Winikoff has been arrested and charged with a number of offenses, including two counts of sexual battery.

One of the women from Haiti says that she fell for it because her lack of knowing our country’s laws.
