Lil Wayne Suspects Valet Stole CD, Delays Album

Lil Wayne will be delaying his album “The Carter II” after his CD was reportedly stolen.

According to reports, Lil Wayne (Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) will be delaying his upcoming album “The Carter II” after his CD was reportedly stolen by a valet attendant from his vehicle. Songs from the CD have allegedly leaked on the internet.

The rapper was looking forward to releasing the album around September, but has since then began recording new tracks to put on the album.

“I think the valet stole it. Never let another dude park your car when your CD’s in the stereo,” Lil Wayne told Blender.

Producers on the album will include Kanye West, Scott Storch, The Runners, Timbaland, Mannie Fresh, Dr. Dre and will.i.am with expected guest features by Birdman, Enrique Iglesias, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, The Game, and others.

The album is now expected to release sometime in early 2008.
