Knife Weilding Man Shot

Earlier this afternoon a man was found in a business parking lot shot to death.

MPD received a call shortly after 3:00 p.m stating that an unidentified man was in a Family Dollar’s parking lot, near north Watkins and Delano, wielding a knife.

So how did the man end up dead? Reports says that when the knife-wielding man tried to stab someone, that man pulled out a gun and shot him.

As of right now, no one has been taken into custody.
