The attorney for Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter who is her appointed guardian ad litem Richard Milstein was awarded custody of the former playmate model’s remains, teary eyed Judge Larry Seidlin ruled Thursday. The guardian ad litem Milstein will now work with all three parties involved in the case (Virgie Arthur, Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead) to determine the burial of Anna Nicole, on behalf of her next of kin survivor, Dannielynn.

Judge Larry Seidlin stated inaddition with his ruling that he wants Anna Nicole Smith’s body to be buried in the Bahamas next to her son whom she loved so much.

According to testimonies Anna Nicole fled from California to the Bahamas to avoid being submitted a parternity test over the Danielynn Marshell Stern.

While the judge made his ruling at approximately 3:56 CST both Smith’s partner and attorney Howard K. Stern and her mother Virgie Arthur broke down in tears

The celebrity model and star Anna Nicole Smith, 39, died in Hollywood, Florida on February 8, 2007after she was found unconscious in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Anna Nicole Smith “Vickie Lynn Hogan” is known for being Playboy magazine’s 1993 Playmate of the Year, her marriage with oil business executive and billionaire J. Howard Marshall, who was 63 years her senior and her reality TV show “Anna Nicole”.
