iPhone, is it worth the hoopla and the moola?

Apple’s iPhone is not worth the hype. Sales have cooled as the race to the nearest tech support heats up.

Apple released its new revolutionary IPhone earlier this year. Partnered exclusively with AT&T(formerly Cingular Wireless) for cell phone rate plans, the Phone sold out even though it cost an outrageous $500-$600 depending on the memory space. Sales have cooled as the race to the nearest tech support heats up.

A recent visit to the Apple store where iPhones are serviced, restored, or buried; the majority of the customers at tech support had iPhone issues. One iPhone owner had to have a new phone because his was beyond repair. Apple has tried to make amends by giving the customers who rushed to the store and camped out for hours to buy the phone by giving them a $100 Apple credit. The price has gone down a couple hundred now, but I will wait until all the kinks are worked out before I buy one.
