Though many accredit the film’s success to film Director and Memphis’ own Craig Brewer and John Singleton, alot of others also credit the great performance of Terrence Howard quoted by media for wearing his character, DJay, like a fine suit.

Packaged with a hot soundtrack to match, that even brung the actors into the role of rap star performances (speaking on Terrance Howard’s music performance on Al Kapone written ‘Whoop That Trick’), the movie has even spurred talks of a Hustle & Flow Part II.
