A Memphis Police Officer at the Mount Moriah Precinct went under administrative investigation following the release of a rap video posted on YouTube.

Allegedly, the MPD officer who has worked at the precinct since 2003 is accused of promoting violence.

Candyance Davis, 31, who goes by the rap name Quolove, has a video on YouTube entitled, “Gimme Me.”

In the video Gimme Me, rapper Quolove can be heard in her rap song saying, “If you f–king with me money, then me temper like a sawed-off.”

Quolove raps, “Gimme all of me or all of you is gonna bleed.. Gimme me, Gimme me…”

Quolove’s lyrics have people questioning whether it is OK for a police officer to also be a rapper who raps lyrics as such.

According to WREG, Candyance has worked for the Memphis Police Department since 2003 and currently works out of the Mount Moriah Precinct.
