Ever since a grand jury decided to not indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson for the fatal shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown, the nation has been reacting including the hip-hop community.
The hip hop community has been passionately sharing their reactions over the social media site Twitter, Instagram and others.
Of those rappers, hip hop executives and others who shared their reactions were the likes of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, David Banner, Q-Tip, Big Sean, Macklemore (who actually joined the protest on the streets), Will.i.am, Nick Cannon, Russell Simmons, Gangsta Boo and more.
Will.i.am called the #FergusonDecision a betrayal adding that he felt sick to his stomach; Big Sean called it disappointing and sad; Diddy called for a #RevoltForJustice; Gangsta Boo said she was in tears and shared deep prayers to the Brown family; while Q-Tip said the decision shows “there’s no value for black life.”
