Grace Magazine, Sisterhood Showcase Founder Dead; Passes Away of Cancer Over Weekend

Grace Magazine and Sisterhood Showcase founder Tina Birchett
Entrepreneur Tina Birchett, founder of Grace Magazine and the Sisterhood Showcase in Memphis, which both placed the spotlight on minority women, passed over last weekend at the age of 53.


The 53 year-old successful entrepreneur was said to be the mastermind behind the Sisterhood Showcase and Grace Magazine, which spotlighted many interests of other successful African American women.

Tina Louise Birchett reportedly lost her life after struggling with cancer although there was no announcement of an official cause of death.

A memorial service for the remembrance of Tina Birchett is scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church at 70 N Bellevue Blvd. The memorial service for the entrepreneur and Memphis publisher of Birchett and Associates takes place at 9:30 AM.
