Rapper Foxy Brown plead not guilty to assault charges in a New York court a few days ago. She was scheduled to appear in court last week, but reportedly refused to ride to court on a prison bus.

The rapper is denying claims that she assaulted a female with her phone during an argument in August of this year. She is currently serving a 1-year sentence for probation violation on unrelated charges.

She is due back in court on December 17.
