Following the release of a leaked teaser of Kendrick Lamar’s upcoming “2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards Cypher,” which features a freestyle diss allegedly aimed at Drake, R&B singer Erykah Badu is dipping in and is telling Drake he needs to man-up.
What all started from lyrics on Big Sean’s “Control” music track, which Kendrick Lamar was prominently featured on, has taken on a metamorphosis of its own after Kendrick Lamar called out a list of rappers.
Since that song, Kendrick Lamar allegedly took it one step further by trying to diss allegedly Drake or whoever the rapper that wears pajamas. Could it be Lil Wayne?
Now that a snippet of Kendrick Lamar has went viral and hip hop rumors are claiming that it was aimed at rapper Drake, soul singer Erykah Badu tweeted a request on Twitter for Drake to come out and added that this is “hip-hop.”
Drake, u gotta come-back boy … This HipHop.

The singer later came back and tweeted on Drake’s top album “Nothing Was The Same.”

Meanwhile, the verse that Kendrick Lamar rapped for 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards Cypher have many believing that it is directed at the Cash Money/Young Money artist, but only Kendrick Lamar really knows who it is.
As for Drake, who seldom responds to attacks, he says that he’s not bothered.
Only time will tell.
