Embalmers for Anna Nicole Turned Away, Failed To Sign Agreement

Even though the administrator of the funeral home signed the agreement, the embalmers who were stated to have embalmed Anna Nicole’s body, were turned away Friday afternoon after they refused to sign a confidentiality agreement according to several reports.

The agreement would have prohibited them from taking photographs of her body.

According to Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper after appearing on CNN Headline News’ Nancy Grace program Friday night, said the selected funeral home declined to abide by the secrecy required under the agreement and it was unclear why they didn’t sign the agreement.

Perper who stated numerous times that the body is decomposing and needs to be attended to immediately seemed suprised that the funeral home agreed to conduct the embalming without even signing a waiver.

Currently the body is under around-the-clock security.

New embalmers are expected to be coming in to embalm Anna Nicole’s body which is expected to be done on Saturday, February 17 at 8:00 AM.
