A body found in a ravine near the White River in Seattle, Washington area has been identified as missing actress Misty Upham.
The body of Misty Upham, who played the role of Minnie in the Quentin Tarantino directed “Django Unchained” movie as well as other films including “August: Osage County,” was identified by her family.
According to sources, Upham’s family had been seeking out the 32 year-old actress for three days before gaining assistance.
The Upham family accuses the Auburn Police Department of not assisting in the search for Upham early enough.
Missing for a total of twelve days, Misty Upham, who had a bi-polar disorder according to her father Charles, was feared to have been suicidal but is not believed to have taken her own life after the family viewed her body.
Following the news of the Blackfeet native and direct descendant of Chief HeavyRunner, many celebrities have been expressing their condolences over social media site Twitter as well as Facebook and other social media platforms.
