Sean “Diddy” Combs is being asked to produce pictures of rings he was wearing on the night of alleged assault at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is being asked to produce pictures of rings he was wearing on the night of alleged assault at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. According to CBS News, the request was made in court papers filed on Monday Sept 10 by Micheal M. Marzban, attorney for alleged victim Gerald Rechnitzer.

In March, Rechnitzer filed suit against Diddy seeking an unspecified amount of damages after claiming that the Bad Boy head punched him in the jaw during a dispute at the hotel following the Oscar Awards after party. Marzban believes the photos will help match Diddy’s jewelry with his client’s injuries. In July, LA police declined to charge Diddy citing a lack of evidence.
