VH1’s reality television series “Celebrity Fit Club” last featured R&B Soultress Angie Stone who raised a lot of hell throughout the entire show, Bone Crusher, the chubby baby faced rapper who won the hearts of fans of the show, and a host of other phenomenal celebrities.

Contestants for Celebrity Fit Club 4 included “Family Ties” Tina Yothers, “Baywatch” babe Erika Eleniak, Carnie Wilson, Nick Tuturro “NYPD Blue”, “Sopranos” Vinnie Pastore, and Ted “Isaac” Lange from “The Love Boat”.

This time around on season 5, rapper Da Brat “Shawntae Harris”, who’s known for her bratty but very blunt attitude and rapping skills, is expected to be a contestant on the show, along with pop star Tiffany, American Idol Kimberley Lock, rapper Warren G, Brady Bunch’s Maureen McCormick “Marsha”, country music artist Cledus T. Judd, “The Intern” Mathews from “The Tonight Show” and Dustin Diamond “Schreech” from “Saved By The Bell”.

The contestants of Celebrity Fit Club 5 is stated to be some of the most fittest of any of the season, which will give Sgt. Harvey Walden IV, Celebrity Fit Club’s most aggressive host, the chance to demand more from them.

This season, the show will bring on a new psychotherapist Stacy Kaiser, along with the original panelists Dr. Ian Smith, Sgt. Harvey Walden IV and TV host ANT.

Celebrity Fit Club is VH1’s reality television series which follows eight overweight celebrities as they try to lose weight for charity. Split into two competing teams of four, each week teams are given different physical challenges, and weighed to see if they reached their target goal weights.
