A New Year, A New Resolution?


New Years brings about lofty goals and wishes.

As we approach the new year many make goals and “resolutions” for the New Year. Some may continue one from last year while others make new goals that they will stick to. The resolutions vary from losing weight to rebuilding a relationship. Many people do not stick to the resolutions or change them by the end of January. My suggestion is to set attainable goals that will not be as hard to accomplish; for example lose ten pounds instead of fifty!
