24 Yr-Old College Fraternity President Traveled For Sex With 10 & 13 Yr-Old Sisters

A Florida man, 24, ‘traveled for sex with two girls – 10 and 13 yr old sisters – and said he wanted to make one his girlfriend and get her pregnant,’ reports say.

Dwipin Maliackal, a 24 year-old fraternity president of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity Inc and recent graduate at the University of South Florida (USF) is accused of traveling with the intent to have sex with an undercover FBI agent’s non-existent 13 year-old and 10 year-old daughters after meeting the agent in an pedophile/incest chat room.

On last week, it was revealed that the aspiring sportscaster who used the handle as Horny_Indian was arrested after having the urge to want to meet with an undercover FBI agent whom he had met in the internet chat on December 7.

Reportedly, Maliackal informed the undercover agent, who posed as the father of two underage girls, that he wanted to have sex with them and even impregnate the 13 year-old and make the 10 year-old his girlfriend.

“I would love to get her pregnant, if you’re okay with that,” Dwipin Maliackal allegedly told the agent.

Maliackal allegedly went on to disclose to the agent, who posed as the father of two available young girls, that he had already had sex with children including relatives, a neighbor and even one child as young as 5 years old.

On December 19, Horny_Indian, took it further by contacting the undercover agent and requesting to meet the family in Orlando, Florida in order to spend the weekend with the girls.

An agreement was made and the two agreed to meet at a restaurant in Maitland on December 20.

Prior to meeting with the undercover FBI agent, Dwipin Maliackal sent an email saying that he was nervous about meeting his potential victims and the father and stated the last time he had did this type of thing was four years ago.

When Dwipin Maliackal approached the under cover agent, he was immediately arrested by the US Marshall.

According to Maliackal, he had planned to have sex with the two girls and admitted that he had a sexual attraction for prepubescent girls since he was a teen boy.

Dwipin Maliackal was charged with soliciting sex and lewd and lascivious battery on a person under the age of 18 without bail.
