2013 YouTube Music Awards: Eminem, Lady Gaga Set To Perform; Vote For Favorite Nominees

Google Inc. owned YouTube announced Tuesday that it will be celebrating musicians and music artists with its very own YouTube Music Awards presented by Kia this fall.

After speculations and rumors, the official news was delivered to YouTube accounts via their personal email and via press to inform them of the upcoming Awards Ceremony.

The awards ceremony will be honoring the artists and songs that global fans of YouTube have turned into national and international hits over the past year.

The upcoming YouTube Music Awards will be broadcasted live online November 3, 2013 and will feature the likes of Lady Gaga, Eminem and Arcade Fire. The occasion will also feature aspiring acts such as violinist Lindsey Stirling, amongst others as well as live performances from across the globe from those in other countries ranging from South Korea, Brazil, London and more.

The YouTube Music Awards will be hosted by actor-musician Jason Schwartzman live from Pier 36 in New York.

To put fans in control of the YouTube Music Awards, fans can begin voting for nominees on October 17 to determine the winners of a YouTube Music Award. Once votes have been tallied up, fans can catch the live-streamed show online on November 3 to watch the first-ever YouTube Music Awards and see the winners.
