It seems after Young Thug’s claim of naming his album “Carter 6,” Lil Wayne’s daughter Reginae Carter had words aimed at the rapper.
Reginae took to the internet questioning the rapper’s claim of naming his album after her father Lil Wayne’s signature series.
Young Thug mentioned that he would be naming the album in a past interview as well as tweeted hashtag #Carter6 soon.
Reportedly, the rapper wants to pay homage to Lil Wayne in the midst of a feud between Lil Wayne and Cash Money Records who Wayne claims is the reason behind the delay of his long anticipated album.
Reginae Carter apparently doesn’t agree or like the idea of what Young Thug might be doing when she questioned over Twitter, “Is he trying to be funny?,” adding that it was “pretty childish” to her.
The 16 year-old added even more by telling the rapper to “try again” if he’s ‘trying to get on her father’s level.’
Carter added that she’s not being disrespectful, but will simply stick up for her father and has no problem repeating herself for anything she said that she doesn’t regret.
