Captured on video over the weekend during Black Friday sales in protest of Black Friday, a protestor can be seen being handcuffed at a Memphis Walmart.
Outside and inside of Walmart in Memphis, TN as well as throughout the nation, protestors of the Ferguson decision where chanting “black lives matter.”
Meanwhile, protestors of higher pay rate for Walmart employees were chanting “people over profit.”
Nationwide, people where boycotting over the grand jury decision on not indicting white police Darren Wilson who shot and killed unarmed black teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri on August 9th.
Along with the protestors of the Ferguson decision, Walmart employees where exercising their rights to boycott Black Friday as they attempt to have wages increased to $15 per hour.
