RIP: Rapper Bushwick Bill of Geto Boys, Dead At 52 After Battling Cancer

Bushwick Bill of the iconic Houston hip-hop group Geto Boys has reportedly died after battling pancreatic cancer.

Rapper Bushwick Bill, born Richard Shaw, of the iconic Houston hip-hop group Geto Boys, has died at the age of 52 after battling pancreatic cancer.

It was not long ago that the rapper revealed that he had been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

His words were:

I’m not afraid of dying.

The news were actually reporting earlier on June 9, 2019, that Bushwick Bill was dead before the family actually confirmed it and many media sources reported it but later corrected that he was alive but in critical condition.

Now, family as well as the rapper’s publicist, associates and fellow celebrities have confirmed that the legendary rapper has indeed passed away last night – June, 9, 2019.
