Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon DIVORCE: More Details Surface

News is circulating that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are headed for divorce and that Nick Cannon himself has confirmed it along with more details that have surfaced.

Sources reportedly close to the couple say that the two have hired lawyers that have worked out a confidentiality agreement as a part of their divorce between the couple, according to TMZ.

So while the couple is somewhat being hush-hush, they have reportedly been living apart for months which Nick Cannon told The Insider with Yahoo! on Thursday.

Although they are living in separate houses, Cannon denied it had anything to do with infidelity although rumors are circulating that the “America’s Got Talent” host may have been cheating, which caused trouble in their marriage.

Other sources claim Mariah Carey was unhappy with Nick Cannon working so much, while some say Nick was upset at whom Mariah was surrounding herself with – ‘yes men.’

With the reported agreement in place, there may not be more official words from the couple until they split or even after they split, if it is even true.

If true, the couple would be involved in a property settlement involving homes they bought together as well as a custody settlement involving their fraternal twins, Monroe Cannon and Moroccan Scott Cannon.
