Singer The-Dream Arrested, Turns Self In For Assault and Choking of Ex-Girlfriend

Singer and music producer The-Dream has been arrested after turning himself in for allegedly assaulting and choking his ex-girlfriend Lydia Nam.

The-Dream reportedly walked into the New York police department precinct today (May 7, 2014) in the early morning after news was reported that he was wanted for questioning in connection with the assault of Nam.



Lydia Nam, who is also the baby mother of one of The-Dream's children, claims Dream punched, kicked and choked her while she was pregnant with their son.

The alleged attack, as reported on MemphsiRap.com, occurred over a year ago.

The music producer has been arrested and charged with two felonies and three misdemeanors including child endangerment, reckless endangerment and assault.
