Cordova High School students fight on bus

Two Cordova High School girls, sisters Jericah and Jayla Holloway, were left beat-up and bruised following a fight on their school bus with two boys caught on video tape.

In the video, one of the sisters, Jericah, can be seen standing face-to-face with a boy, identified as a 15 year-old, exchanging words.

Suddenly things got physical as the boy punches her in the face multiple times throughout their physical altercation.

It wasn't long before sister Jayla jumped in to attempt to defend her sister, but was attacked by the boy's twin brother, reported WREG.

The incident was caught on video by another student's cellphone camera.

Jericah was reportedly left with a dislocated shoulder and bruised face, while her sister Jayla suffered from a swollen eye and other bruises.

The Memphis & Shelby County Cordova High School released a statement regarding the incident which the mother of the sisters claim could have been handled better by the bus drive,r who she says didn't help by calling the police, an ambulance or anything.

The school says the incident is under investigation and says the bus driver did attempt to break up the fight and reported the matter.
