Minnesota Teacher Pamela Ann Fahy Mugshot

A 43 yr-old Minnesota teacher and foster care provider, Pamela Anne Fahy, was arrested over the weekend after the woman was caught fleeing from the bedroom of her boyfriend's 13 year-old teenaged son.

It was the boyfriend himself that saw his 43 yr-old girlfriend Pamela Anne Fahy running half-naked from his son's bedroom.

According to the father, he had returned to his home early on Sunday when he saw his middle-aged girlfriend running without her underwear (naked from the waist down) coming from his son's room.

When he went to his son's bedroom he saw her underwear on the floor beside his bed.

The father says he pressed his son for information before and he admitted that he initiated sex with Fahy and that it had been on-going for several months.

Reportedly, when police questioned Fahy about her relationship with the teen boy, she disclosed that she gave him oral and also had sex with him on different places including her mobile home.

Fahy, a licensed foster care provider for adults and children, had two children that she was overseeing removed from her home. Since the allegations, Fahy resigned from her job in the La Crescent-Hokah School District, in which she worked with special needs children.

Meanwhile, Fahy who was charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, has been released on $20,000 bond and faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
