This is a new feature added to most Kroger stores in the Memphis area this Spring/Summer. You swipe your credit card, select your movie and then return it the next day for only $1.
“We don’t have any control over it,” said Denarius Fossett, Customer Service Representative for the Kroger at 4270 Summer Avenue. After viewing the DVD, Fossett continued “they drop it back off at the machine.”
In a time where customer service leaves much to be desired this may be a great idea as we continue moving into the digital age.
