Lil Flip Gets Arrested For Credit Card Fraud, Released On Bond

Lil Flip turned himself into the Harris County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday in which he was accompanied by community activist Quanell X.

Rapper Lil Flip, born Wesley Weston, has been charged with credit card abuse. The rapper has been accused of using a stolen credit card to purchase an airline ticket and reportedly other miscellaneous items.

Lil Flip turned himself into the Harris County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday in which he was accompanied by community activist Quanell X. The rapper states that he is innocent and that there has been a misunderstanding.

Lil Flip was released on $2,000 bond and is scheduled to be in court on Monday.
