T.I.’s Southern Hip-Hop label, Grand Hustle, ‘In Da Streetz’

The roots that began in the first three volumes of southern hip-hop label Grand Hustle, were the same roots that sprouted throughout the mix CD circuit and gained the members much attention, which started in 2002.

The roots that began in the first three volumes of southern hip-hop label Grand Hustle, were the same roots that sprouted throughout the mix CD circuit and gained the members much attention, which started in 2002.

It was rumored that those volumes, combined sold more than 75,000 units. And now, having become a premiere southern hip-hop label, Grand Hustle is keeping it real and hot “In Da Streetz”, with the fourth volume being the first of their ‘traditional retail release’ of the series.

Grand Hustle’s members included, as listed on my webpage, are: “Tip, in which T.I.’s infamous street status resulted through the first three volumes of Grand Hustle’s “In Da Streetz” and brought him the attention he received from Atlantic Records; Young Dro, yet another rising artist; and other talented members such as Big Kuntry, the Governor, Rashad, Xtaci, DJ Drama and Alfamega.

The first release from Volume 4 will be “Top Back” Remix, featuring T.I., Young Jeezy, Young Dro, Big Kuntry and B.G., and was a grand appearance for the BET Annual Hip-Hop Awards recently.

According to the label, “In Da Streetz; Volume 4” will be in stores December 19, and look for more appearances by Young Joc, Diddy, The P$C and Jim Jones.
